Hillwoods Academy, established in 1982 in Preet Vihar, Delhi, is a C.B.S.E.-affiliated institution preparing students for the All India Senior Secondary School Examination. Built on a vision of fostering selflessness, independence, and helpfulness in students, the academy has grown from a small founding team to a thriving community of over 2,550 members. Role Description

The HeadMistress will oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and discipline. Responsibilities include developing and managing curricula, mentoring teachers, maintaining regulatory compliance, building relationships with parents and community members, and fostering a positive school environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy to design effective educational programs
• Demonstrated skills in Educational Leadership and strategic school management
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Education systems and teaching principles
• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Management, or related disciplines
• Experience as a school leader or administrator, preferably in a C.B.S.E.-affiliated institution
• Ability to inspire and foster a positive and collaborative learning environment
• Commitment to student development and upholding the school's values
