Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Principal to lead our school in Gwalior. The role requires strong academic leadership, operational excellence, and deep engagement with parents, teachers, and students.

Key Responsibilities

Lead academic planning, curriculum execution & teacher development

Drive admissions, parent satisfaction & school reputation

Ensure compliance with CBSE/International standards & audits

Mentor middle leadership and build a strong school culture

Oversee daily operations, discipline, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Minimum 1015 years of experience in K-12 education

At least 35 years in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Headmistress)

Experience in CBSE / International School environment preferred

Current residence in Madhya Pradesh or willingness to relocate to Gwalior immediately

Compensation

CTC strictly up to 10 to 12LPA

Structured incentives linked to admissions growth & academic outcomes

No housing or relocation allowance beyond the stated CTC
