Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Headmistress/Headmaster at the Billabong High International School, located in Gwalior. The Headmistress/Headmaster will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring a high standard of education, managing and supporting teaching staff, implementing effective teaching methodologies, and maintaining an inclusive and positive learning environment for students. The role also involves liaising with parents, establishing school policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory educational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy, with the ability to design and implement effective educational programs.
• Proven experience in Educational Leadership and team management to guide teachers and staff towards achieving organizational goals.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and school stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Education and related best practices to ensure compliance with educational standards and requirements.
• Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field, with prior experience in a leadership position within a school setting.
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
