As a BI Lead/Architect, you will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise‑grade reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions. You will architect BI data models, build semantic layers, and lead the creation of scalable, governed reporting ecosystems that transform raw data into trusted, actionable insights. This role requires hands‑on BI engineering expertise combined with strong business alignment, data storytelling, and leadership capabilities to support executive‑level and operational decision‑making.

• Lead end‑to‑end development of executive, regulatory, and operational dashboards that align with business objectives and MIS/reporting needs.
• Design and build semantic layers, star‑schema/denormalized data models, and analytics‑friendly consumption layers.
• Translate business KPIs into intuitive, high‑performance dashboards; ensure clarity, visual usability, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define organization‑wide standards for visualization, UX, storytelling, and dashboard governance to drive consistency across teams.
• Implement automated checks, validations, reconciliations, and alerting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and availability of BI outputs.

• Architect and oversee large‑scale BI data solutions—including data marts, reporting layers, and analytical datasets.
• Apply strong SDLC practices: version control, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, documentation, and security.
• Partner with data engineering teams to maintain freshness SLAs and ensure reliable ETL/ELT pipelines powering BI layers.
• Optimize data pipelines and consumption layers for scale, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Enforce governance across semantic models, dashboards, and reporting assets:

  ▸ Controlled access and role‑based security
• Drive trusted, certified data assets that enable consistent enterprise reporting.

• Collaborate with business, tech, and product teams to gather requirements, refine KPIs, and prioritize BI initiatives.
• Manage multiple BI projects and squads in an Agile setup; ensure predictable, on‑time dashboard and reporting delivery.
• Communicate trade‑offs, constraints, and business impacts clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Build, mentor, and grow high‑performing BI engineering teams.
• Set quality standards, remove blockers, and ensure excellence in BI delivery practices.
• Foster a culture of customer‑obsession, outcomes‑orientation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
