Key Responsibilities

AI Knowledge & Reputation Management

• Design and maintain authoritative, structured knowledge about KRMU
• Ensure clarity and consistency around:
• Programs
• Industry partnerships
• Accreditations
• Rankings
• Outcomes
• Faculty strength

AI Query Monitoring & Simulation

• Regularly test AI responses for queries like:
• Best university in Gurgaon
• Top university for AI & Data Science
• Universities with IBM / Microsoft academic support
• Identify gaps, misrepresentation, or missing visibility
• Strategically fix gaps through upstream content & sources

Source Authority & External Validation

• Strengthen presence on:
• Knowledge portals
• Educational explainers
• Policy & accreditation listings
• Neutral academic platforms
• Ensure third-party credibility , not promotional tone

Narrative & Positioning Control

• Define how KRMU is described in neutral knowledge ecosystems
• Maintain a fact-first, evidence-backed narrative
• Prevent exaggeration, outdated claims, or inconsistency

Internal Knowledge Governance

• Work closely with:
• IQAC
• Rankings & Accreditations
• Branding
• Admissions
• Act as the single source of truth for institutional facts

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree preferred (Education, Policy, Research, Communications, Management)
• Experience in:
• Higher education systems
• Rankings / accreditation / research ecosystems
• Knowledge management / policy documentation
• Strong analytical and research mindset
