Open to strong Development Coaches with experience coaching kids across U10 - U16 age groups. If youve built players from the ground up and love shaping the next generation of volleyball players, this is your stage.

Your role

Youll lead the academys technical direction, mentor coaches and build training programs that actually move the needle. Youll be responsible for developing players across age groups, creating a model that reflects the Torpedoes' identity, and setting standards on and off the court. Youll manage sessions, oversee athlete progress, and work closely with management to keep the academy aligned with our long-term vision.

A coach with strong technical knowledge of the modern game

Experience in leading youth development programs.

Someone who communicates with clarity and connects easily with young athletes.

A leader who cares as much about the person as the player

Ability to drive structure, maintain discipline and build a positive environment
