Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Product Head with strong expertise in designing international and domestic tour packages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating itineraries, negotiating with global DMCs, and developing competitive travel products.

This role will play a key part in expanding our international destination portfolio and domestic tour offerings.

Key Destination Expertise Required

Experience in developing travel products for:

Balkans

Russia

Japan

Kenya

Vietnam

China

Far East destinations

Asian countries

Domestic India tour products

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design international & domestic holiday packages (FIT & GIT)

Build detailed itineraries, costing, and package structures

Manage global DMCs, suppliers, hotels, and airline partners

Negotiate competitive rates and maintain supplier relationships

Support sales teams with product knowledge and destination expertise

Identify new travel trends and emerging destinations

Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in Travel Product Development / Tour Packaging

Strong knowledge of international destinations and supplier network

Experience working with DMCs and international vendors

Strong skills in costing, itinerary planning, and product strategy
