Job Description
Job Title:- Head-TASC
Location:- Mumbai
Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement the strategy for TASC segment.
- Drive CASA growth and deposit mobilization aligned with Banks business objectives.
- Optimization of Cost of Deposits
- Identify high potential clusters.
- Improve product penetration, cross-sell products.
- Monitor portfolio i.e. build-up of balances
- Lead TASC team, ensure availability of team at weekends as per specific requirements of the segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with large Trusts/ Societies, customer retention.
- Ensure improvement in service quality through regular checks, RCA of escalated cases and customer feedback.
- Work with Product teams to design customized offering for TASC customers.
- Develop digital solutions for fee collection, membership as per market trends.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/Regulatory requirements of TASC segment.
- Improve Turnaround times for account opening and service delivery.
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, IT teams
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/ Postgraduate (preferred)
- More than 10 years of experience in Retail Banking
- Minimum 5 years proven track record in CASA mobilization & Institutional sales in a senior leadership position.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
Age : Below 50 years
