Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional TA strategy aligned with workforce plans and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a Pan India recruitment team.
  • Drive full-cycle hiring for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles across markets.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and market intelligence.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand capability needs and advise on workforce planning.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hiring practices, and diversity objectives.
  • Lead TA analytics: hiring dashboards, funnel performance, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Oversee regional employer branding campaigns and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Support strategic HR programs including succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership hiring.


Candidate Profile:

  • 1015+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in scaling hiring operations for fast-growing or multinational organizations.
  • Experience leading diverse, remote, and multi-cultural recruitment teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRMs, sourcing tools, analytics platforms).
  • Experience in employer branding, campus programs, and talent pipelining.
