Role Mandate

Our CLIENT is entering its next phase of growth driven by product diversification, operational excellence, and stronger institutional investor engagement.

The Head, Strategy & Transformation will architect and drive this growth journey by:

• Defining long-term strategy
• Institutionalizing execution rigor
• Leading structured transformation programs
• Strengthening capital markets positioning
• Building a high-caliber internal strategy team

This is a high-impact, enterprise-level leadership role not a finance reporting or CFO-track position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Strategy & Growth Architecture

• Develop 35 year strategic roadmap across product lines.
• Identify new market adjacencies and GTM strategy for new products.
• Define capital allocation priorities aligned with growth strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution frameworks.

2. Transformation & Program Leadership

• Design and lead a structured value-creation program.
• Set up a Transformation Office with clear governance, dashboards and review cadence.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives across plants in partnership with operations leaders.
• Track productivity, margin improvement and ROCE enhancement levers.

3. Investor Relations & Capital Markets Strategy

• Own the equity story and long-term investor narrative.
• Engage with institutional investors, analysts and PE stakeholders.
• Support earnings communication, investor decks and roadshows.
• Improve market positioning and valuation multiples through sharper strategic articulation.

4. Go-To-Market & Commercial Excellence

• Design GTM frameworks for new products and segments.
• Support account prioritization and customer acquisition strategy.
• Align sales, operations and strategy around growth objectives.

5. Team Building & Governance

• Build and lead a high-quality strategy & transformation team.
• Establish KPI dashboards across business units.
• Create board-ready materials and structured performance reporting.
