We are looking for an experienced education leader to head our Senior School wing and drive academic excellence across Grades 612.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the Senior School team with a strong academic vision and effective decision-making.

-Ensure full compliance with CBSE norms, policies, and board exam requirements.

-Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional quality and student outcomes.

-Monitor academic standards, classroom practices, and student performance across subjects.

-Provide academic and administrative guidance for -Senior Secondary (VI- XII), ensuring smooth curriculum delivery and exam preparedness.

-Collaborate with departments to strengthen pedagogy, assessments, and school processes.

-Foster a positive, student-centric culture aligned with the institutions values.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Background in Science or Mathematics.

-Strong familiarity with CBSE curriculum, assessments, and documentation.

-Demonstrated experience in team leadership and academic management.
