Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the founder/team for generating and posting content (reels, posts, stories)
- Manage DMs, comments, story replies in a polite and brand-appropriate tone
Reddit, Quora
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant discussions
- Respond professionally to genuine queries (no spamming)
- Help position IITIIMShaadi as a credible, premium brand
Google Reviews & App Reviews
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews (positive & negative)
- Escalate sensitive issues to the founder when required
- Encourage satisfied members to leave authentic reviews
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of core social media management experience
Knowledge of image and video generation and editing tools
Good writing skills
