About the Role:-
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Revenue to lead our Marketing and Sales functions, drive growth, and shape the next phase of our journey. This leadership role is based in our Bangalore office and is ideal for a data-driven, creative professional with a passion for scaling impact. As our Head of Revenue, you'll be the driving force behind the next stage of our growth journey. You will lead our efforts to expand market presence, increase brand equity, and deliver on ambitious revenue goals by integrating marketing and sales strategies that create a measurable impact.
The ideal candidate will take ownership, roll up their sleeves, and actively contribute to building the organisation.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Revenue Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates sales, marketing, and branding efforts to achieve growth targets.
- Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure success across campaigns, channels, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives, approaching challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Use advanced analytics to track customer acquisition, funnel conversion, and retention metrics.
- Leverage insights to continuously optimize marketing spend and strategy, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
Branding & Positioning:
- Shape and evolve the 21K School brand to position it as a global leader in online education.
- Drive consistent messaging and a compelling narrative across all channels and touchpoints, being actively involved in crafting and delivering messages.
- Create innovative campaigns that build brand awareness and trust in target markets.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the Sales team to exceed revenue targets by building robust pipelines and closing high-quality leads.
- Design and implement sales processes that prioritize customer experience and drive conversion.
- Mentor and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative and high-energy culture.
SEO & Digital Presence:
- Develop and implement a cutting-edge SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure a high-performing, user-friendly website with strong lead capture mechanisms.
- Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing to keep the brand at the forefront, actively experimenting with new techniques.
Innovation & Growth Initiatives:
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels to expand reach, leveraging creativity and market savvy.
- Experiment with creative approaches to capture diverse audiences in existing and emerging markets.
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value and satisfaction.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high-performing Revenue team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with the CEO and other leadership members to ensure alignment on vision and strategy, embracing a co-founders perspective.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to refine offerings and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Qualifications:-
Education and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration from a top university
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record in revenue generation.
Skills and Expertise:
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, branding, and digital marketing analytics.
- Exceptional sales acumen with expertise in managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative campaigns and strategies.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and challenges.

- Achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- ROI and efficiency metrics for marketing campaigns.
