About the Role

We are appointing a senior sales leader to build and lead an in-house Channel Partnerdriven sales platform for a premium plotted development designed as a lifestyle destination. The role requires deep experience in selling land-led, high-ticket, low-density developments , where relationship selling and CP trust are critical.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct responsibility for bookings, CP productivity, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and scale a 100+ active Channel Partner ecosystem focused on premium plotted inventory
  • Design and implement CP incentive slabs, accelerators, and payout mechanisms suited for high-value plot sales
  • Lead Channel Sales Managers across territories (Mumbai, Pune, NRI, Outstation)
  • Drive site visits, conversions, and closures for high-ticket plot sales
  • Handle CP and client conflicts, dual claims, and deal escalations
  • Work closely with promoters on:
  • Plot pricing and premium rationalisation
  • Inventory release strategy and phase-wise launch
  • Buyer profiling (end-users vs investors)
  • Ensure strong discipline from booking to agreement registration
  • Maintain exclusivity, brand positioning, and premium customer experience
Mandatory Experience & Eligibility
  • 1218 years of real estate sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years leading Channel Partnerled sales
  • Proven experience selling premium plotted developments / villas / plotted layouts / gated land communities
  • Has personally built and managed 100+ Channel Partners
  • Experience handling high-ticket, low-volume sales cycles
  • Prior exposure to reputed branded developers preferred

Compensation
  • CTC: 12-24 LPA
  • Variable Pay: booking-linked
