POSITION: HEAD RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY CONTROL & CONSULTATION

Location:

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary Range: 50,000 70,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the R&D of Ayurvedic formulations, ensuring scientific validation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) during manufacturing and post-production.
• Conduct patient consultations , diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments.
• Work closely with the founders on new product development , clinical validation , and process optimization .
• Ensure all formulations comply with AYUSH standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Train and guide the manufacturing and quality teams on Ayurvedic principles and product integrity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution.
• 57 years of experience in Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing / R&D / consultation .
• Strong understanding of classical formulations , modern QC practices , and GMP standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for Ayurveda and innovation in holistic healthcare.
