Job Title:- Head- Product, Liability

Location:- Mumbai

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Product conceptualization, design and launch of various Liability/Deposit products.
2. Identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and growth areas.
3. Leading end-to product life cycle (idea launch to scaling up and withdrawal, if not profitable).
4. Building and maintaining the product roadmap and priorities.
5. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
6. Ensure On time delivery of products.
7. Develop Go to Market strategy.
8. Analyse market trends, track competitor offerings & pricing strategies.
9. Owning Product P&L, pricing strategy and monetization models.
10. Compliance with regulatory guidelines
11. Coordinate with Risk, Legal, AML/KYC, Tech teams to ensure complete compliance before and after product launch.
12. Managing a team of product managers
13. Drive Product trainings for Branch and sales staff
14. Enhance product journey through automation and process simplification.
15. Monitor customer and sales team feedback
16. Manage external partners (vendors/ fintech)

Qualifications & Experience

1. Any Postgraduate/ Professional degree
2. More than 10 years of experience in Retail Banking
3. Minimum 4-5 years proven track record in handling banking products in a senior

leadership position.

1. Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.

Age: Between 40 - 50 years
