Job Title: Head Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Location: Bengaluru | Reports to: Finance Controller

Role Overview

The P2P Head will lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function, ensuring efficient

procurement operations, strong vendor management, compliance, and timely payments. The

role focuses on process excellence, governance, and automation to support MoveInSyncs

fast-growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full P2P cycle: vendor onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payments.

Establish and maintain procurement policies, controls, and SOPs.

Ensure accurate invoice processing, 3-way matching, and on-time payments.

Partner with controllership for month-end closure, accruals, and reconciliations.

Ensure GST, TDS, and procurement compliance; support audits.

Lead the P2P team and collaborate with business, finance, and legal.

Drive automation and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

10+ years of P2P/procurement/finance operations experience.

Strong knowledge of GST/TDS and procurement compliance.

Experience with Tally, procurement systems and automation.

Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
