Lead the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire people lifecycle, Own and scale performance management systems (PMS), organization design & development, and compensation & benefits frameworks aligned with rapid growth and a deep-tech environment. Partner closely with founders and leadership to build scalable HR processes, enable high-performance culture, and support long-term organizational effectiveness.
