ABOUT MEDANTA:

We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore, Ranchi and Noida . In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity, Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), Golfcourse Road (opening shortly) and at the Delhi Airports.
Medanta is constantly growing its digital healthcare services, launched homecare and has also entered into Retail vertical by setting up lab services (outside hospital) & Retail Pharmacies. We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within Healthcare eco-system (Medical School)

Location : Lucknow
Roles & Responsibility :
1.Managing Overall Operations of OPD, Executive Health Check-up, E-Clinic, Duty Managers etc.
2.Participates in all forms of resource acquisition for Patient Services area. Maintain and update the departmental MIS all time.
3.Formulates and implements SOPs for OPD operations with a proactive approach.
4.Interface with the physicians, patients and their attendants on a regular basis.
5.Ensures smooth flow of patients at admissions, helpdesk, OPD areas, etc.
6.Ensures team awareness and readiness for emergency patient handling roles.
7.Plans and coordinates for future expansion of the department.
8.Coordinates with diagnostic and treatment activities to achieve high customer satisfaction levels with services.
9.Supervises OPD and supporting services and staffing on daily basis.
10.Ensures proper manpower planning and optimum deployment.
11.Conducts & coordinates training programs for teams.
12.Ensures ethical practices are followed by the team members and department.
13.Monitors and motivates the team and minimize attrition.
14.Manages the operational activities of the department to include: staffing levels, constant improvement process & system evaluation. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
15.Gives presentation and orientation to related departments to ensure better coordination.
16.Grievance Handling of staff and taking remedial actions
Qualification & Desired Profile:
1.Graduate with Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Management, or a related field is a plus.
2.Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Patient Safety, or related fields is preferred.
3.Proven track record in patient care coordination, service delivery improvement, and team leadership in a healthcare environment
