Role Overview:
This role will lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment strategies for Foreign University’s India Campus. This role oversees Marketing, Outreach, and the Contact Center teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process while driving student growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Outreach: Oversee branding, digital campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs to enhance visibility.

• Admissions Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students.

• Contact Center Operations: Ensure prospective students receive high-quality support, guidance, and information.

• Enrollment Growth: Drive initiatives to increase student applications and conversions while maintaining quality.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with schools, counselors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Process Optimization: Streamline admissions and enrolment processes for efficiency and compliance.

• Market Analysis: Monitor trends in higher education to enhance recruitment strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in admissions, enrolment, or student recruitment

• Proven expertise in higher education marketing, digital outreach, and enrolment growth

• Strong leadership, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills
