Our esteemed client, a leading MNC, is seeking a Head Organizational Development (OD) & HR Operations.

Job Purpose

Lead and drive Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations initiatives aligned with business goals to build a high-performance culture and deliver seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive OD initiatives including change management, leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation
• Lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, internal communication, and DEI initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including HRIS, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
• Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and agility
• Use HR analytics and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Strong strategic and execution capabilities
• Expertise in OD, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large HR projects

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in mid to large-sized organizations
