Head of Venture Creation | New Ventures & Venture Portfolio

About the Company

We are looking for a Head of Venture Creation to lead the identification, development, and launch of new businesses across multiple industries. This role will design and scale a venture creation platform, build a strong pipeline of venture opportunities, recruit venture CEOs, and oversee the development of multiple ventures. You will work closely with senior leadership to launch and scale a portfolio of ventures, ensuring each venture moves from opportunity identification through validation, launch, and early growth.

Responsibilities

• Venture Opportunity Identification
• Identify high-potential markets and new venture opportunities
• Evaluate market opportunities through industry analysis and market research
• Develop venture concepts and scalable business models
• Venture Creation & Launch
• Lead ventures from concept through validation and launch
• Build business plans, operating models, and go-to-market strategies
• Establish processes for venture incubation and early-stage scaling
• Venture Portfolio Management
• Build and manage the venture pipeline and portfolio
• Track venture progress, performance, and key milestones
• Ensure ventures receive the resources and support required to scale
• CEO & Leadership Recruitment
• Define venture CEO profiles and leadership structures
• Recruit and onboard venture CEOs and founding teams
• Mentor venture CEOs during early venture growth
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with research, operations, finance, and branding teams
• Align venture initiatives with overall business priorities
• Develop partnerships with investors, advisors, and industry experts

Qualifications

• 1520 years total professional experience
• Proven experience launching multiple ventures, startups, or new business units
• Strong ability to identify market opportunities and build scalable business models
• Experience managing venture teams or venture portfolios
• Comfortable working closely with venture CEOs and senior leadership
