Head of University Partnerships and Advocacy

We are looking for someone who can engage with Vice Chancellors, Deans, and university leaders across India on strengthening their admission process and improving the quality of student intake. This is not routine sales. It is thoughtful advocacy for Koantum Learnings high quality assessment solutions. Universities are under increasing pressure to admit students who are truly prepared for the demands of higher education. At the same time, institutions are seeking better ways to understand student capability beyond traditional indicators.

This role sits at the intersection of academic thinking and real institutional decision making. The person in this role will help universities explore a thoughtful new layer in their admission process that improves clarity and fairness.

This role focuses on building meaningful relationships within the university ecosystem and helping institutions understand the value of adopting an additional admission filter to select better students. The work involves academic outreach, structured conversations with university leadership, high value sales acumen and guiding institutions through the evaluation and adoption process.

Engage with Vice Chancellors, Deans, and university leadership across India

Present and explain the solution with credibility and clarity

Own a defined sales target while building and securing institutional partnerships

Build trusted relationships within the higher education ecosystem

Support universities as they evaluate and adopt the solution during pilot projects and beyond

Represent Koantum Learning in academic and policy conversations

Work with internal teams to support institutional adoption

Senior professionals with experience in consultative or high value sales

Academic leaders who have worked with universities and wish to re-engage in meaningful work

Professionals with experience interacting with university leadership or education policy spaces

Individuals who enjoy thoughtful conversations and long term relationship building

Credibility when speaking with senior academic leaders

Clear thinking and strong communication

This is an immediate joining role. The position involves regular engagement with universities across India. Work from home or from your base location may be considered, provided you are willing to travel as required for the role.
