Role Description


The Technical Head Service & Assembly Operations is responsible for leading service support and overseeing the setup, optimization, and maintenance of assembly lines for note sorting machines. The role ensures high-quality manufacturing, reliable field performance, and seamless coordination between overseas partners, OEMs, and internal teams


Experience

10+ years of overall experience inservice operations, technical support, or after-sales service of note sorting machines, currency processing equipment, banking automation, or similar electromechanical systems.

Minimum5 years in a leadership or managerial role , handling service teams and customer escalations.

Proven experience in:

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of note sorting machines

Handling SLA-driven service contracts

Interaction with banks, currency processing centers, or cash management companies

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

Note sorting / currency counting technologies

Sensors, motors,optics, and embedded systems

Hardware, firmware, and basic software diagnostics

Experience withassembly line support, testing, calibration, and quality control is preferred

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Effective communication and customer-handling skills
