As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a holistic Talent & People leader to help us scale the right way.


The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Talent & People Operations who combines:


  • Deep talent acquisition expertise (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong people management instincts
  • Organizational design experience
  • Operational rigor
  • High-growth startup experience


This role will own the full people lifecycle:

Hire Onboard Develop Retain Elevate


This person must be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition (All Functions)

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across:
  • Go-To-Market (Sales, CS, RevOps)
  • Engineering & Product
  • Implementation & Operations
  • Build structured hiring frameworks and scorecards
  • Implement quality-of-hire measurement systems
  • Upgrade talent density across the organization


2. Organizational & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with CEO and leadership to design org structure
  • Build hiring roadmaps aligned to ARR growth
  • Ensure right talent mix (senior vs mid-level)


3. People Operations & Systems

  • Improve onboarding programs
  • Create performance review frameworks
  • Implement structured goal setting (OKRs/KPIs)
  • Establish compensation bands & leveling
  • Ensure compliance and policy alignment


4. Culture & Performance Management

  • Elevate accountability standards
  • Build high-performance culture
  • Coach managers on talent development
  • Manage employee engagement & retention


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition / People Operations
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven record of hiring high-performing GTM and technical talent
  • Experience building structured hiring systems
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, ramp, retention)
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management frameworks
  • Based in Houston (in-office required)
