You will define and embed our hiring culture, build an AI-led, data-driven recruitment model, and establish company as a magnet for top-tier global tech talent. This role is a strategic leadership position directly impacting product velocity, global expansion, and long-term enterprise value.


  • Design and scale a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with aggressive growth goals
  • Build structured hiring frameworks for Engineering, Product, AI Research, and GTM
  • Drive executive hiring for senior leadership and critical roles
  • Ensure high-quality bar-raising hiring across geographis


Build an AI-Led, Data-Driven TA Model

  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve sourcing, screening, and forecasting
  • Implement recruitment metrics dashboards (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, conversion ratios, diversity metrics)
  • Build predictive hiring models to support global expansion
  • Continuously optimize hiring funnel efficiency


Attract Top Global Talent

  • Position company as a magnet for elite AI/ML, distributed systems, and cloud-native engineers
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies across US, Europe, India, and emerging tech markets
  • Build global talent pipelines for AI researchers, product engineers, and GTM leaders
  • Create compelling candidate value propositions for competitive markets


Drive Global Expansion


  • Build hiring playbooks for new geographies

What Were Looking For

  • 1015+ years in Talent Acquisition
  • At least 5 years leading a TA function in a high-growth tech environment
  • (Product/SaaS/AI-native strongly preferred)
