Hiring: Sr. Manager / AGM Supply Chain (FMCG)

Are you a proactive SCM professional with a "go-getter" attitude? We are looking for a Sr. Manager or AGM of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and buying operations.

If you have a background in FMCG Startups (specifically Food, Personal Care, or Home Care), we want to hear from you.

The Role

• End-to-End SCM: Oversee Logistics, Warehousing, Buying, and S&OP processes.
• Warehousing & CFA: Manage B2B (Q-commerce, MT, GT) and B2C supply chain requirements. Experience setting up or running warehousing/CFA networks is essential.
• Logistics Management: Handle primary logistics networks and secondary logistics via aggregators like Shiprocket and courier partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express).
• Systems & Tech: Utilize OMS/WMS systems (Unicommerce, Shopify) and SAP to drive efficiency.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need

• Education: Full-time MBA from a Grade A B-School (SCM spec)
• Experience: 510 years in SCM within the FMCG or FMCG Startup space.
• Industry: Ideally from Food FMCG; experience in Personal Care/Cosmetics/Home Care is highly valued.
• Startup Exposure: Previous experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage.
