Job Overview

We are looking for a Head / Lead Supply Chain Management to own ~65% of company spend and build a world-class SCM engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Procurement, Vendor Development, Contracts, Logistics & Stores
• Build scalable SCM systems, processes and team from near-scratch
• Drive category strategy & cost optimisation for structural steel, PUF panels, prefab panels, cement boards, roofing, cladding , MEP and related items
• Negotiate and lock long-term contracts with Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers pan-India
• Ensure on-time material availability for 10x growth while reducing costs year-on-year

Must-Have

• B.E./B.Tech Civil or Mechanical
• 1215 years experience
• Deep procurement expertise in structural steel (HSS, RHS, built-up sections), PUF panels, sandwich panels, cement boards, PPGL/GI roofing, MEP items
• Existing strong relationships with major steel mills, panel manufacturers and fabricators
• Worked in EPC giants AND in high-growth startups
• Proven experience of setting up SCM systems from zero in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on with vendor negotiation, rate contracts and cost reduction
• Exposure to ERP implementation & dashboarding
