Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead the end-to-end enterprise supply chain across Aerospace and Automotive businesses. This role will drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk resilience, and long-term capability building to support rapid scale-up, margin protection, and on-time program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with long-term business and customer objectives
• Lead global and domestic sourcing strategy , including supplier footprint optimization
• Ensure material readiness and supply assurance for Aerospace programs and Automotive production
• Establish and govern S&OP / IBP frameworks across businesses
• Provide executive oversight of demand planning, MRP, inventory, and working capital strategy
• Ensure compliance with export controls, customs, trade regulations , and customer-specific Aerospace requirements
• Champion digital transformation of SCM (ERP, advanced planning systems, analytics, visibility tools)
• Build, mentor, and lead a senior SCM leadership team
• Drive SCM strategy to support business scale-up from 1,5001,600 Cr to 2,5002,700 Cr
• Design and implement a centralized supply chain operating model across Bengaluru-based units
• Lead capacity planning, supplier readiness, and risk mitigation aligned with aggressive growth targets

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• (Preferred: Mechanical / Production / Aerospace)

Experience

• 25+ years in Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations leadership
• Strong Aerospace manufacturing exposure (Automotive experience preferred)
