Job Summary
The Head Strategy will lead business strategy, product roadmap, and R&D initiatives for the interior hardware fittings portfolio. The role focuses on brand positioning, market differentiation, product innovation, and supporting sales growth across B2B, retail, OEM, and project channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies
- Define and manage product strategy and portfolio
- Lead R&D and new product development initiatives
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements
- 510 years of experience in strategy, brand, or product leadership roles
- Strong understanding of interior hardware fittings and allied industries
- Expertise in market research, product development, and portfolio management
- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Design; MBA preferred
