About the job

The Head of Stores will play a critical role in managing and optimizing INDICs materials and inventory operations. This leader will oversee all aspects of stores managementensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supporting production and supply chain needs. By driving process excellence and fostering collaboration, the Head of Stores will help INDIC deliver innovation and reliability across industries.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Oversee endtoend stores operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and returns.
2. Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and availability.
3. Partner with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline material flow.
4. Establish KPIs to monitor efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize space utilization.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and organizational policies.
6. Champion digital tools and automation to enhance visibility and efficiency.
7. Lead and mentor the stores team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

1. Experience: Minimum of 1215 years in a senior stores or inventory management leadership role.
2. Industry Background: Prior experience in the EMS sector is mandatory.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and/or multiple languages will be considered an added advantage.
4. Proven experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
5. Strong knowledge of material handling, warehousing practices, and ERP systems.
6. Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments and drive operational excellence.
7. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
9. A proactive, solutionsoriented mindset aligned with INDICs culture of transparency and growth.
