We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) and drive modernization, operational excellence, and global stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own delivery, performance, and stability of Guidewire platforms across development, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

Lead multi-portfolio service delivery including insurance applications, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence.

Drive platform modernization, cloud adoption, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Partner with global business and IT leaders to align technology delivery with insurance operations.

Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and value engineering programs.

Support GCC expansion strategy, demand planning, and capability scaling.

Build and mentor high-performing engineering and service delivery teams.

Qualifications

1520 years of IT experience with 68 years in platform delivery leadership.

Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.

Experience managing global delivery / GCC models.

Solid background in Agile, DevOps, and ITIL/ITSM practices.

Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science (MBA preferred).
