Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Headto lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sellingresidential (plots, flats, bungalows)andcommercial properties, with proven leadership experience and excellent market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Strategize and execute sales plans for various real estate projects across residential and commercial segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align sales objectives.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings as required.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum7 years of experience in real estate sales; at least2 years in a leadership role .
- Proven track record in sellingplots, flats, bungalows, and commercial properties .
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
