Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Headto lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sellingresidential (plots, flats, bungalows)andcommercial properties, with proven leadership experience and excellent market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans for various real estate projects across residential and commercial segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align sales objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings as required.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management regularly.

Requirements

  • Minimum7 years of experience in real estate sales; at least2 years in a leadership role .
  • Proven track record in sellingplots, flats, bungalows, and commercial properties .
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
