Job Summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function for our IT Infrastructure and Networking business. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong enterprise relationships, leading the sales team, and expanding the companys market presence across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and managed services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and managed IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales of solutions including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud, and data center services.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions to clients.
  • Manage key accounts and lead high-value negotiations with enterprise customers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to strengthen lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
    • MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
    • 1015+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or technology solutions sales.
    • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams and enterprise sales strategies.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, cloud platforms, and managed services.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
