Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Head of Sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team's performance, establish and implement sales strategies, develop relationships with key accounts, and achieve revenue targets. This position also requires analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the overall growth of the sales department. You will play a key role in supporting the expansion of Synergy Transformers reach to new markets and clients while maintaining relationships with existing partners.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills for driving targets, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Proven experience in Account Management and building long-lasting client relationships
  • Team Management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team to achieve collective and individual goals
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and find innovative ways to expand market share
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably in the transformer or energy sector
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and overcome challenges
