Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of real estate experience in team management role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, guide & motivate a sales team toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Drive high-intensity sales operations with discipline, focus, and data-backed strategies

Leverage digital marketing, CRM tools & modern sales platforms to maximize conversions

Maintain strong client relationships and build new revenue opportunities

Uphold integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic across the team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

4-5 years of proven leadership experience in real-estate sales

Strong ability to perform under pressure and deliver exceptional results

Go-getter mindset with ownership and commitment to growth

Digital-savvy with hands-on understanding of digital sales channels

Excellent communication, negotiation & team management skills.

Responsible for achieving assigned targets through effective team management.

Need to manage multiple sites and team members.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate sales teams and project heads to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement regular training programs to enhance team performance and sales capability.

  • Plan and execute recognition and reward programs to maintain team motivation and engagement.
  • Align team performance with organizational vision and values

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including CRM, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular business reviews and updates to reporting managers and leadership.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, sales SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance across all projects and sales activities.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, multiple projects, and regions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Digital-savvy with understanding of modern sales channels and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge about RERA and Real Estate norms.
