The company provides high-performance and environmentally responsible chemical solutions for industrial laundries, textile processors, and commercial operations worldwide.

As part of our business expansion in India, we are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead sales operations, expand market presence, and strengthen distributor and key account relationships.


Role Overview

The Sales Head will lead the companys sales business unit, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development. The role involves building strong customer relationships, managing distributor networks, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

This position requires strong experience in B2B industrial sales, particularly within textile chemicals, textile processing chemicals, industrial chemicals, or hygiene solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales organization and drive overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build relationships with key clients and negotiate major contracts.
  • Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks.
  • Oversee key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team while setting clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and supply chain.


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or General Management preferred.
  • 818 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
  • Experience in textile chemicals, textile processing chemicals, industrial chemicals, or hygiene products.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.


Travel Requirement

This role requires regular travel to customer locations, distributors, and textile industry hubs for business development and relationship management.
