About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Leader to join our real estate sales division. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep market insight, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, formulating winning sales strategies, and ensuring a superior customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive the overall sales strategy, team performance, and revenue targets across residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales managers and executives to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Build a scalable and efficient sales engine with the right people, processes, and tools.


Sales Operations & Execution

  • Oversee project-specific go-to-market strategies including pricing, inventory management, lead allocation, and channel partner engagement.
  • Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion, and team productivity metrics; proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure CRM adoption and data hygiene across all sales functions.


Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
  • Elevate customer experience from inquiry to post-booking by setting high service standards and ensuring timely communication.
  • Engage with high-value clients and institutional buyers where required.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
  • Contribute to project launches, site events, and customer outreach initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales; 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading large sales teams and delivering high-value results.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and real estate regulations.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
