The Role: The Visionary & The Closer

We are seeking a dynamicSales & Marketing Headto own the revenue charter forSouth India. This is a critical leadership role responsible for architecting our sales strategy across bothB2C and B2Bchannels, operating out of our corporate office inCalicut.

Who You Are:

You are a premium segment specialist. You understand the psychology of a buyer who doesn't look at price tags but seeks value, status, and health. You have managed high-ticket sales cycles, whether it was a luxury car, a home theater system, or a high-value insurance policy. You are an MBA with a decade of experience in navigating complex sales landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for KYK Alkaline Ionizers and the broader water product portfolio across South India.
  • Team Building & Mentoring:Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team consisting ofSales Managers, Sales Officers (B2C), and Channel Sales Development Managers (B2B).
  • HNI Client Acquisition & Management:Personally engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals, C-suite executives, and celebrities to drive premium product sales.
  • Managing HNI Sales Force:Lead and equip a specialized team focused on HNI clientele, ensuring they have the finesse, product knowledge, and sales skills to handle ultra-premium customers.
  • Channel Development:Identify and onboard key partners, dealers, and distributors who align with the SCOTTLUMIN premium brand image.
  • B2B & B2C Penetration:Drive sales through direct consumer interactions (expos, events, clinics) and institutional sales (luxury hotels, corporate wellness programs, premium real estate tie-ups).
  • AI-Driven Marketing Integration:Leverage the latest AI-based marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, optimize conversion funnels, and personalize the customer journey.
  • Closing & Negotiation:Step in for the "make or break" deals. Your ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts will be crucial.
  • Training & Enablement:Develop training modules for the team and channel partners, ensuring they possess the same high-level convincing and influencing skills that you do.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education:MBA in Marketing or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience:10+ years of experience in a frontline sales leadership role.
  • Industry Background:Must have worked inpremium/luxury segmentssuch as:
  • Luxury Automobiles
  • Premium Household Durables / High-End Kitchen Appliances
  • Home Theater / Hi-Fi Audio / Luxury Lifts (Elevators)
  • High-End Real Estate
  • Insurance (High Net Worth Individual segment)
  • Any other industry selling high-ticket, considered-purchase items.
  • Location:Must be based in or willing to relocate toCalicut.

Essential Attributes:

  • HNI Client Expertise:Proven experience in handlingHigh-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)and managing a dedicatedHNI client sales force. You understand the nuances of luxury selling and relationship management.
  • Outstanding Leadership & Mentoring:You don't just manage people; you create leaders.
  • Out of the Box Thinking:We don't want a traditional "product seller." We want a strategist who can create new market categories.
  • Tech-Savvy:Deep knowledge ofAI-based marketing strategiesand CRM tools.
  • High-Level Convincing & Training:You can read a room, change perceptions, and teach others to do the same.
  • Sales Closing & Negotiation:A proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals.
  • Language Proficiency:Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency inany one South Indian regional language(Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu) will be considered anadded merit.

The Compensation (High-Octane Earnings):

We are looking for a leader who backs their ability with results. Our compensation philosophy is designed to reward extraordinary performance.

  • Total CTC Target:24 Lacs+ per annum(Uncapped upside for top performers).
  • Structure:
  • 30% Fixed Component:Paid monthly as a predictable base salary.
  • 70% Variable Component:High-ticket performance-linked incentive paid out upon achievement of sales targets, HNI closures, and team milestones.
  • The Earning Potential:This 70:30 structure is designed so that high achievers not only meet butsignificantly exceedthe 24 Lacs target, making this one of the most lucrative leadership roles in the region.
