Role Summary
We are looking for a Head of Marketing based in Chennai to own strategy, positioning, and execution for our AI products and services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think independently, move fast, and build from first principles in a startup environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Translate complex AI offerings into clear enterprise value propositions
- Drive execution using AI tools, automation, small teams, and partners
- Work directly with founders, product, and salesno layers, no handoffs
- Build marketing systems that impact adoption, pipeline, and credibility
What We Dont Need
- Big-company, process-heavy profiles
- Tell me what to do and Ill execute mindsets
- People uncomfortable with speed, ambiguity, or ownership
Qualifications
- MBA (mandatory)
- Experience in B2B tech / AI / enterprise SaaS marketing
- Startup or zero-to-one exposure strongly preferred
- Hands-on with AI-driven marketing execution
