Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing, based in Mumbai. The Head of Sales Marketing will lead and manage sales teams, drive sales strategy, and oversee marketing initiatives to develop and sustain client relationships while achieving business goals. Responsibilities include account management, developing sales plans, identifying opportunities for market growth, managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, and enhancing team performance through effective leadership and guidance. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with sales strategies will also be essential.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Sales, Sales Management, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management to maintain and expand client portfolios.
  • Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and enhance team performance effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the creative or advertising industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing principles.
