Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Head of Sales Marketing based in Mumbai. The Head of Sales Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a dynamic sales team. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing performance metrics to achieve revenue targets. This position also involves close collaboration with internal departments to align strategies, ensuring the companys innovative solutions reach customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
• Experience & connects in the Solar industry.
• Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
• Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction, renewable energy, or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
