Role Overview


Accordible is a fast-growing, Mumbai-based integrated facility management and engineering services company with a strong recurring revenue base and a vision to scale aggressively.

We are looking for a Head of Revenue to architect, lead, and scale our revenue engine by integrating Sales and Marketing into a predictable, data-driven growth system.

This is not a conventional sales leadership role.

This is a revenue ownership role.

The candidate will directly report to the CEO and will own end-to-end revenue strategy, pipeline management, team performance, and marketing ROI.



Key Responsibilities



Revenue Ownership

  • Own monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a predictable revenue pipeline (minimum 3x coverage).
  • Drive closing velocity and conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure sustainable month-on-month growth.


Sales Leadership

  • Lead and scale the existing sales team.
  • Set clear KRAs and performance benchmarks.
  • Improve follow-up discipline and sales process rigor.
  • Conduct weekly revenue war-room reviews.
  • Build high-performing closers and BDRs.


Marketing Integration

  • Align marketing directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Define lead targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Track CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Improve funnel efficiency from lead deal.
  • Upgrade marketing from creative output to growth engine.


Systems & Reporting

  • Implement CRM discipline.
  • Design and present weekly revenue dashboards.
  • Track pipeline health, sales cycle duration, and win/loss analysis.
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix process leakages.


Strategic Growth

  • Identify high-potential verticals for expansion.
  • Design GTM strategies for new services.
  • Strengthen recurring revenue portfolio.
  • Improve client acquisition quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 815 years of B2B revenue leadership experience.
  • Experience in services, engineering, facility management, or similar sectors.
  • Has scaled revenue from 15 Cr to 30 Cr+ (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and dashboard-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and performance tracking.
  • Has built and led multi-layered sales teams.
  • Execution-focused, ownership-driven personality.

  • Not a relationship-only sales role.

  • Not a reporting manager without accountability.

This role owns numbers.
