Role Summary:

We are looking for a leader to build and scale our Manufacturing & Pharma vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy, building the sales organization, establishing our market presence, and driving P&L ownership for the vertical. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, enterprise sales leadership, and strong industry relationships to build a scalable business from the ground up.


Location: Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and scale the Manufacturing & Pharma vertical, defining the long-term vision, growth strategy, and market positioning while identifying priority industry segments and strategic opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end P&L for the vertical, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable market expansion.
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for the Manufacturing and Pharma sectors, including value proposition, strategic partnerships, CXO engagement, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner.
  • Drive enterprise sales growth across new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and large deal closures through a consultative, solution-led approach across technology and AI-driven offerings.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team, establishing strong sales processes, governance, and a culture of accountability to consistently deliver growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with solutioning, delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution, strong customer outcomes, and continuous enhancement of industry-focused offerings.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1012 years of experience in enterprise sales or business leadership roles.
  • Proven success in building or scaling business in Manufacturing and Pharma sectors.
  • Strong track record of driving large enterprise deals and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop GTM strategies and build new markets.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, digital transformation, or AI-led services is highly preferred.
  • Strong network with CXOs and senior stakeholders within Manufacturing and Pharma companies.
