Location : Pune ( candidate should be from Pune/ Mumbai preferred )

Team size : direct 5 and total 80

reporting to : MD
CTC range : 2CR ( 30% variable included) + car+ driver = no other perk
Role Overview
The Head of Sales ISC will be responsible for driving sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, ensuring revenue growth, and strengthening market presence across the cluster. This role is crucial in shaping the commercial direction and delivering business objectives in alignment with Dhlers global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement sales strategy for the assigned region in line with Companys overall strategy.
- Standardize and optimize processes, structures, and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation within the sales function, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and business processes.
- Team Development & Leadership
- Build, develop, and motivate a qualified and high-performing sales team.
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to direct reports.
- Manage personnel decisions in coordination with HR and ensure effective people management across the extended team.
- Performance & Resource Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Plan and manage human, material, and financial resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Customer & Market Focus
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through superior service and support.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide insights that contribute to broader business planning and innovation.
- Governance & Compliance
- Define internal regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, standards, and systems.
- Ensure documentation and effective use of internal IT systems and processes.
