Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for the Head of Sales role. The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, devise and execute sales strategies, and manage client accounts to drive business growth. The role involves building and managing a dynamic sales team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
• Strong leadership and Team Management skills for mentoring, guiding, and coordinating sales teams
• Excellent Account Management abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, market trends, and develop actionable strategies
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant professional experience
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be considered an advantage
