Head of Sales, GCC (A large IT services)

Hiring: GCC Sales Head | IT Services Leadership Role, Location: Any Metro in India

We are currently partnering with a leading global IT services organization to hire a GCC Sales Head who will lead growth across the Global Capability Centers (GCC Vertical)

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving market expansion, large enterprise deal closures, and building strong client relationships across the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow the organizations footprint across the GCC region.
• Strategic Client Engagement: Build CXO-level relationships with key enterprise clients and deliver tailored digital and technology solutions.
• Business Development: Drive new logo acquisition and manage the full sales lifecycle, including multi-million dollar deal negotiations and closures.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Revenue & Pipeline Management: Own revenue targets, pipeline growth, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of sales leadership experience within IT services, digital services, or consulting.
• Proven success in closing large enterprise deals and managing strategic accounts in the GCC market.
• Strong understanding of GCC business environment and cultural dynamics.
• Excellent CXO engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Location: GCC Region / Flexible for the right leader
