We are hiring a City Head Agency Channel to lead and grow the Ultra HNI-focused agency business in Delhi. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high-ticket life insurance sales through an elite agency force.

Key Responsibilities

Head the Delhi city agency business catering exclusively to Ultra HNI clients.

Build, lead, and scale a high-quality elite advisor & agency leader network.

Drive high-value premium growth, productivity, and persistency.

Coach senior agency leaders and ensure best-in-class sales practices.

Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI, compliance, and governance norms.

Strengthen brand presence and market positioning within the Ultra HNI segment.

Ideal Candidate

1015+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.

Strong exposure to Ultra HNI / high-ticket insurance sales.

Proven leadership experience at City / Cluster level.

Excellent relationship management and strategic selling skills.
