Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales with deep experience in builder floors and Gurgaon real estate markets . The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, build strong broker and client networks, and ensure consistent monthly bookings.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands local inventory, pricing, negotiations, and high-value real estate closing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Drive sales of builder floors in Gurgaon
• Plan pricing, discounts, and offers in coordination with management
• Monitor market trends, competition, and inventory movement

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and channel partners
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales team
• Track leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures
• Motivate the team to achieve high performance

Client & Broker Management

• Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, investors, and brokers
• Handle high-value negotiations and deal closures
• Ensure smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, legal, and operations teams

Marketing & Lead Conversion

• Work with marketing teams to convert online leads into site visits
• Improve lead conversion ratio and closing efficiency
• Maintain CRM and ensure proper data tracking

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Ensure all sales follow legal and RERA compliance
• Coordinate with documentation and registration teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Gurgaon real estate , especially builder floors
• Strong network of brokers, investors, and end-users
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket residential deals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to lead, train, and scale a sales team
• Deep understanding of Gurgaon micro-markets, pricing, and inventory
