Head of Sales

We are seekinga dynamic and sales-driven Head to lead our new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore. The primary focus will be establishing new logos and expanding our new Offshore Development Center (ODC), building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive businessgrowth by acquiring new GCC clients,with a strong emphasis on SAP Staff Augmentation
• Develop strategies to penetrate the GCC marketand secure long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with global leadership to define targets,budgets, and salesstrategies.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
• Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT/Consulting industry experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Strong networkand experience in acquiring new GCC logos.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
